  Been going to this place for years this time I was really unsatisfied 1st the $50 cash they give to get your taxes done there was given to me on a card that I had to set up an account with just to get it but I didn't mind that to much but I get direct deposit every year this year they messed up and put it on the card. I called to ask when I could expect my deposit because I got them done in January and they told me on the 2nd and 7th of February you already got it call your bank and ask them I did and my bank said no they didn't see anything I called back and told them then they said its on your card that I didn't want it on I asked could you deposit the $ in my account since that was what I wanted and was told NO you have to transfer it yourself that was on the 24th of February. I will be going to HnR Block next year.

  Naghmeh the office manager did my taxes. She was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. If you are looking for someone to do your taxes I recommend Naghmeh.The cost to do my taxes were reasonable too. Thanks again Naghmeh!

  I would stay away from this place. Rumor has it that none of the employees that worked there last season ever got paid, surprised this place is still open.. I personally believe that corporate Liberty Tax (located at VA Beach.. but incorporated in Delaware) are a bunch of sleezebags that at the very least should be sued for predatory franchise loans amongst other things. I mean, all you need to do is a Google search for: "Liberty Tax Lawsuit" and that says it all. But back to good ol' Strasburg, VA. I know that it is sometimes hard to change tax preparers, especially if you have been using the same person, same place for years.... But the evidence of Liberty Tax Service being a terrible business is abundant. Yes, there are far worse things in this country, but all the same I think that this country would be much better off without the Liberty Tax Service and there lame mascots that mimic the Statue of Liberty like some sort of bad joke. PLEASE, for your own good, if you have any of your information held at this Liberty Tax Service (or any other one) Request It Back! and run away. You will be glad you did. Why on Earth would you support a business like this? It's Un-American!!!
