      What a great bank to ruin Christmas. They put they will be closed Friday at 12 in the corner of the drive-through window where you can barley see it. So now I have a check and no Christmas gifts.

      I've banked here for years but customer service sure isn't what it used to be. My account was hacked at the end of May and was blocked. I called an 800# and was directed to the branch for resolution. The person i spoke with at the branch would have to get back with me-she'd check it out and call me. It happened 5/23 - 5/24 - I called again. Shes out to lunch but will call you when she returns - never got a call back from the branch before the weekend. I called after the memorial holiday and it was like starting over. Nothing was done. They ended up resetting my banking ID but no other changes to the account ---- I ASKED!!!! I was never told that this reset would kill all my bill-pay data attached to my account. The auto-pay accounts - like my car payment!!!!! Deleted. Not until I got late notices did I realize things were not drafting. Come to find out, I don't even have the bill pay feature anymore!!!! I call the branch and all I get is I'm sorry its your responsibility to request and set up bill pay!!!! WTH! I didn't even know it was wiped out to have needed to re-request it!!! and why wasn't i told that when i asked if there was anything else i needed to do???? Thanks for the black mark on my auto account! I'll be changing banks.
