      Worst experience I have ever had. They treated me so poorly; I have never been treated that bad in my life! The bank tellers ignored me for a few minutes then rudely asked me if I needed anything after patiently waiting and occasionally looking her way. Would not tell me what I needed to do or even helped me. Then, refused to give me MY money from MY account. If I had not been leaving and switching banks during that, I definitely would have switched and left immediately after this. Goodbye Capon Valley, I won’t miss your controlling behavior!

      From out of town, needed to cash 100 bill. They refuse to talk to you unless you have an account with them. Very rude.
