  Everyone at my local office is so helpful, understanding, and friendly. I broke into tears with how much they have been able to do for me the last couple of years and would recommend anyone to give them a chance. I am a wild land firefighter and don't ever expect help when I'm at home doing day to day needs, and as people have said to me, they went above and beyond to assist me in anyway they could. From taxes, to understanding the processes, and helping me to clear fees and debts that they are able to. They have spent so much time, energy and care to make sure I have the best outcome possible. They never cease to surprise me and I couldn't be more grateful for the support. Thank you so very much!

  I used Liberty for the first time this tax season. I cannot say enough about their friendly service, and I received a refund that was amazing!!! I have been using another tax preparer in town these last six years, and I wonder where all my money went!!! Liberty Tax is the way to go, my only regret is I didn't find them sooner😞

  I've been going here for 3yrs. Great customer service,friendly staff. Kelly is my tac lady. She is awesome, gives 100 percent to find the best refund for you. Thank you liberty tax!

  I'm so glad I was recommended to Liberty Tax! The people there are patient, kind, and willing to help! They are also able to explain things in an understandable way so taxes become easier to handle and less stressful! Liberty Tax is the way to go!

  The most amazing and easiest experience I have ever had dealing with taxes. Every worker in there was fantastic and made every bit a breeze. I will use there service each year from now on. Recommend going here 110%

  5 stars for making this one of the biggest mistakes of my life for using them. 5 stars for horrible customer service. 5 stars for a big headache I did not know I needed. 5 stars for ignoring customers. 5 stars for allowing others to fix the mistakes they make. If I could really give negative stars I would but it makes you at least put one.

  Kelley is by far the best and very qualified for the job she is honest and very professional and great at what she does I have always very much enjoyed her professionalism and kindness and all I can say is if you want a job done right Kelley is the lady for the job!!!
