Andy Hill1My family has banked with Tri Counties since North Valley Bank. I regularly go into the Weaverville branch which I’d give 5 stars. The Palo Cedro experience I received was totally unprofessional! I only gave it one star so I could post this. There was only one banker at the time who was spending 1/2 hour with each previous customer with overly amount of small talk. I have been needing banking help and advice which she did dish some out with a nasty and uncalled for attitude after an hour wait!

Kellie Herman1BAD experience with unprofessional service. I won't mention names, but we have never seen such a poor representation of a banking institution in our lives. Took 3 months to get a debit card and then they charged us $100 for the cards. When we went to withdraw our money we told "the person" that their service was unacceptable and the response was "Yeah I know, I'm sorry." WOW! It took 3 days of excuses to recover our money. It was a joke. The disrespect was incredible and quite frankly embarrassing. I normally don't write reviews, but this experience was just so unbelievable that I had too. Good luck to anyone who deals with this place. You'll need it.

James Johnson1HORRIBLE, AVOID AT ALL COSTS, GO TO ANOTHER BANK. I was with NVB client for 4 years. I had kept my account here because of my experience with the previous manager, Shaffae, but I had the unfortunate displeasure of dealing with these people now. I went into the branch a few weeks back to ask for help with an issue and they were beyond rude. The Branch manager, Matt, was very arrogant, unprofessional and told me that he "didn't care if I did take my business someplace else". I closed my account and went with Cornerstone bank. Avoid this TCB branch at all costs!!

J D2I have been with Tri-Counties Bank since they purchased North Valley Bank. I was with North Valley Bank because of the hometown bank feeling and service. I have recently had a couple disappointing experiences with TCB in Palo Cedro. The most recent was phone contact with the current manager Ken, where he put me on hold for about 7 minutes to find out information, which I believe he should have known being the manager. He never came back to the phone. He also was not helpful when we subsequently went into the bank, only to have him make a decision that, in my opinion, is consistent with a big bank mentality. We ended up wasting our time going into the branch. This is just the most recent disappointment with service I have had there. When TCB bought NVB, Shaffae earned and kept our business. It has only been over the past year that I have not received the consistent service I had been used to receiving.

David White1These are the most incompetent people I've ever experienced in any sort of public service do not under any circumstance open an account here they shouldn't run anything except maybe a mop or a vacuum cleaner I have never seen such a collection of incompetent people in my life
