  I am so happy using Members 1st for all my banking business. The tellers are always cordial and friendly, helpful, and make my transactions so simple. The best I've ever had .in fact my entire family banks here as well!. Very happy

  On line payment service is too frustrating. Such a progressive company with an out dated and not user friendly service is amazing. Just try to set up payments on a new loan, was transferred three times with no help!!! Finally found someone who reluctantly took my payment over the phone.

  I had an issue regarding a charge that should not have been on my account and even on the weekend someone started working on it.

  Members first has always looked out for me . I appreciate the way they monitor my account to make sure theirs no harm to my.account.. and I can appreciate that.. and I will say this as well if you're looking to join your credit union members first it's the first place you should start
