      I have always been with Liberty Tax and for the most part have been served well. Since moving to Memphis 6 years ago we wanted to find Liberty Tax again and we found it very close to our new home. Since then and every single time, we have had caring staff to greet us and outstanding service to boot! Due to some past issues, my husband and I need to file our taxes differently than most and Sana has been there to guide us through the process each and every time with the utmost professionalism! We have questions? She answers them. We have needs? She provides them for us. We have concerns? She addresses them. We need information? SHE FINDS THE ANSWER!       SUCH PLEASANT EXPERIENCE! They were able to get me in last minute and took care of me quickly. It was nice to have someone friendly to talk to & not monotoned & robotic like many other places I've been to. Told all my friends! Would highly recommend.

      Did not call me back last year when they said they would so now in this year & there is only one person working on tax day. Been waiting now 40 minutes & made appointment earlier today.Looks like I will be here a while! Advise not to wait till tax day to do taxes.

      I used Liberty Tax Service for the first time last year, and I will definitely be using them again! Great service, made the whole tax process (which I dread) feel easy, and I was VERY happy with my return $$$ !!!

      Worst Tax Service Ever. Promised I'd get an Advance, but only gave me a small portion of it. And they promised get my return in three weeks. Now, it's been a month. I get a letter from the government that I have to meet with them. So I'm meeting with the IRS in two weeks and they say it could be another 9 weeks beyond that before I see my tax return. Avoid Liberty Taxes!!!

      You can save refund by doing.your taxes with other softwares. Plus they do not send copy of 1040 schedule c etc to your email address. Very expensive.
