  Hire more tellers!!! Stop acting efficiently when your customers are waiting outside underneath the sun!!! This is BAD customer service!

  No deposit box. No drive through window. ATM machines are always full so you can’t make an deposit. And atm machines are very slow for deposits only 2 drive up atms. Not to many locations overall to be the so called Bank of America? A bank is supposed to have enough money to service their customers.

  I love this bank...(TJ) has absolutely excellent Customer Service Skills. He is very professional, always willing to help, friendly and smart. A really great employee. He acknowledge the customers with great customer service & professionalism as they walk through door. They need more employees like him.

  bad service and incompetent employee. I brought several papers signed by my company board. One of the paper was lost by them when I went to check with them again days later. Because neither do we receive phone call or email from them since gave them the papers. It is not a reliable bank. I also made a deposit. The only word I heard from the counter agent spoke to me was have a nice day.

  I am a new customer because my payroll check is drawn off of a BofA account. I am charged $8 to cash it by not being a member so I opened an account only to have a hold put on my check. This is ridiculous the check is drawn off of an BofA account plus I have an account. The teller didn't even mention it I noticed it after leaving and couldn't acess my money. POOR SERVICE

  Worst service I've ever received at Bank of America!!! Their lines are always really long, the tellers act as if they don't care about the line and moves like turtles. When you finally get to the counter they are still really slow as if they don't care. I purchased a cashiers check from them with the authorized signature on it. I waited all that time and they still did not get my transaction correct. Worst Service of All Times!!!!

  Too many times the drive thru windows is closed, 1 or 2 tellers at inside counter with a line always. Today: drive thru closed, line is 16 deep with 2 tellers in the place. Horrible customer ser ice always. I come in here to make deposits for my son who is out of state. I need to get him to switch banks!

  I went in around 12:30, so lunch time. They had one person running the drive thru and two people at the desk inside. The woman at the drive thru kept walking off into a room and messed two people's money while I was standing inside. I was there for almost 45 minutes waiting as third in line. They were in no hurry to get anyone taken care of. When I left the line was had filled up the lobby and no one offered an apology for having to wait so long. I'll never be back to this location.

  The longest bank line I've ever been in! I counted over 21 people in the line around 1:30 on a Monday afternoon, with 1 person waiting on every one and She's a manager. That's no customer service!

  Wasn't inside 5 minutes and i was greeted, while standing in line, by a very pleasant associate named Sherri. She assisted me with my deposit at the atm and stayed until all was complete. Thank you...
