Hope Chapman1The customer service is terrible, the tellers are terrible they talk to you crazy and they make rules up as they go. If you want good service start using the ones in Mississippi. They really need to close this one down or get new tellers that want to work

lexis wainwright1My husband had been with regions for 20yrs. He goes to this location Monday to ask for a print out of a check he wrote because it wasn’t showing up online. Bank teller in the inside was very rude. Told him he should have kept his stub or something like that. Very inpatient, blowing and huffing. Like I was very upset because mind you I left my bank who I had been with for years and came to regions because he convinced me that they had great services. Well next year we will be closing out our business account and our personal accounts. You never know what someone is going thru. We needed that information to provide for court because someone is lying and saying that they didn’t get paid. We ended up going to another branch and that teller had time to assist but that was the icing on the cake for me.

Dana Zabielski1They can only get Zero stars from me. They processed my deposit check not correctly. I immediately noticed it and went to the bank to correct it before posting it. Guess what: they told me that will be corrected before posted. It was still posted without correction and manager Joe Burton told me that it will take 10 days to fix it. the other bank noticed that check was for different amount that Regions processed it and return check with no fees charged.

Alexandrias Nails1This place is HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. The branch manager doesn’t honor appointments or respond when emailing. Your priority is not there concern at all. They never answer the phone. My account was shutdown and no one could give me a valid reason as to why and my funds are still there. I’m here now trying to get resolution. You have to wait over an hour before you decide to get up and leave because no one acknowledges your existence when you come in the bank. Just HORRIBLE SERVICE

Mrs. Gipson1Drive thru service is to slow. They are only helping one lane. Cars have been sitting here for 20 minutes in lanes 2 and 3. They keep servicing lane 1.I’ve been sitting in Lane 3 for 25 minutes. I’ve seen 3 cars, that pulled in after me, get service in lane 1 and pull off. This is unacceptable. Literally the slowest regions location I’ve ever visited. I pulled in at 9:20 with only 7 cars total in the drive thru area. It’s 9:55 and I’m still waiting. I’ve seen 2 more cars in Lane 1 get helped. Cars that pulled in after me.

Wife1This is the location that I handle majority of my banking needs. There was a lady name Latissia who was great at getting people in and out. She was lovely and professional! She always remember who you were and greeted you by name. I came in today to find out she isn’t here anymore. That explains the extremely long wait time. There is a long line to see the tellers and a line to see a banking consultant. 🤦🏽♀️ It’s Monday! Everyone seems to move like snails here today. Most of the workers know me here, so whenever I do not have my license on me it is no big deal. Well, not today, I waited over an hour today to not get my business handled. The guy at the first desk has seen me on multiple occasions when I take care of my business here but he has not helped me before. I always preferred Latissia. Just my preference. Today was our first business encounter which he refused to help me because I did not have my id with me. Yet, he knows I visit multiple times weekly. Very unprofessional to me. All I needed was a simple transaction disputed from MY ACCOUNT! This location will definitely be different without Latissia here. 😒

Diamond Bell1This is the worse bank ever! I had a situation to arise and received no help! The Branch Manager and 2 other gentleman at this location are horrible! I had to get someone on the line after a month of having issues with them to finally get an answer but on top that a DECENT one! Listen to me, DO NOT BANK HERE!

Flyer Storm1This is the slowest branch I’ve ever visited. Even when there are only 2 people ahead of me and 3 tellers I’m here a long time. They are usually courteous but the wait is a real inconvenience when on my lunch break.
