  I called in to get a copy of my 2019 taxes. They told me that I had to come into the store for them to print me a copy. I requested an emailed copy due to having moved over an hour away from the location. I was informed that it was that stores policy force me to drive there to get it. Not corporate policy, just an arbitrary thing this one location does. Oh and you can't get it from a different location you have to call coperate office. I would pick any location over this one and its asinine self imposed rules.

  This is my 3rd year filling my taxes with this particular branch. The lady heading the office has a tremendous expertise in tax preparations. She is also very kind teaching her staff some of the in depth analyses. I highly recommend her!
