  The rates were competitive, that caught my eye. The company was local, that helped me feel more comfortable with them. The service was excellent! Whether via email, text or phone all the employees I worked with were very quick to respond. At no point did I feel like I didn't know what was going on. I also never felt like these people just wanted to make money off me. Great experience, I would work with this company again, and would recommend to friends and family!

  As a first time homebuyer who ended up purchasing a home rather unexpectedly, I was EXTREMELY nervous entering this process. FirstCapUS offered us the lowest rate off the bat, but I was nervous since our real estate agent hadn’t heard of them and they didn’t seem to have too many reviews on the Internet. Yet, I was soon relieved when we saw how Mary Pisciotta went above and beyond to get our rate locked before the Fed raised the rates literally the day after we reached out to her. The rest of the team worked closely with us to increase our credit score during the closing process, thus ensuring we received the lowest rate possible. They held my hand and explained any line items I didn’t understand. We also had a short turn-around time, and everyone at FirstCap USA worked closely with the title company to ensure that we closed in under 30 days. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone in the Columbus housing market!
