  I have always had pleasant, friendly and speedy interactions with every one at CUofOhio. Cindy has been my guru since I became a member. Everyone goes above and beyond to make the progress smooth and stress free. We had to get a quick loan and everything was completed in no time at all! I will, and have, recommended the credit union when asked. Thank you to ALL I have encountered!

  I have done business with this credit union for over 15 years. they allowed a check that was writen incorrectly to clear my account an put my account in the negative $20,000. They never called me to question this check that was written incorrectly they sent me a letter!! Then told me there was NOTHING they could do for me. Worst bank I have ever dealt with. They don't have their members backs an will not help protect your money !!! RUN do not let them have control of your banking !!

  When I first joined the credit union, I was extremely pleased with the feeling of personal attentiveness and pleasant customer service, however over the past couple of years the customer service has declined drastically, from going into the credit union and also making phone calls. I get the sensation that I am a burden. Also technology is way way behind, near impossible to use what mobile app they do have, you cannot deposit cash through the ATM. The whole reason I came to this credit union is I was tired of the big banks treating me as a number, this is the exact sensation I get now with credit union of Ohio. I applied for a mortgage loan which my wife and I both had to pay a $35 Non refundable fee each, and I never got any correspondence from them until over 2 weeks later by that time I had already been pre approved and started the loan process with a mortgage company, so basically I handed them $70 for nothing. I’m sure other people have wonderful experiences here, I’m simply giving my experience with this credit union. I have their credit card, checking savings and a personal loan, but honestly it’s time for me to move on, which by the way is a burden because all my finances are linked to this credit union. So in closing I will say just review your options there are tons of highly rated credit unions in Columbus.

  Jennifer, loan officer who assisted was amazing. she walked me through every step of the way and assisted me above and beyond measure. I felt like i was treated with amazing customer care. what a great team! I can’t wait to continue this relationship and and continue doing business with them!

  During a call to the Credit Union of Ohio, I asked about loan information as I was not certain that I qualified for a loan. I asked the person I was speaking with for some loan information. In turn she asked me a few questions and stated she would check. It less than 4 or 5 hours, I received a call from her stating that I was approved. The funds were already in my account. I must state I was pleasantly surprised not thinking that I would qualify as I have had some financial difficulties in the past. The ease, sincerity and personal involvement was pleasant, helpful and quick. Thank you. Mary Etta Fizer

  The Loan Officer that assisted me was more than great, she was absolutely fantastic. She responded quickly and accurately. The pre-approval took 3 hours :). I loved doing business with CUOF again. PD: I recently bought a house that they financed. I recommend doing business with them.

  Ever since I became a member of CUO I've become somewhat of a regular at the downtown branch and the staff is so welcoming and warm. I definitely recommend CUO to anyone looking for excellent banking services.

  Never had a bad experience here. Always in and out very quickly, and their mobile/online services are more than sufficient for avoiding unnecessary trips. Also, they gave me free cookies back when I signed up. What else could you possibly ask for?

  I'm an Ohio State University student. I couldn't open an account cuZ I happen to live in a homeless shelter due to circumstances while relocating for school. Disheartening and discriminating to degrees, you should make it possible for everyone to get an account. Especially students I'd think
