  It was a quick, painless, slightly expensive (compared to Turbo Tax) tax filing experience. If your tax situation is simple or a little involved Turbo Tax is usually sufficient...but if it gets a little complicated or involved go to someone who does taxes for a living...I found Turbo Tax Premier- Business to not be as helpful as I had hoped. No issues except they never called to tell me the paper copies were ready to be picked up. I had to call and ask. Otherwise all good.

  We have used their services for 3 consecutive years now. They have great customer service and really try to help the tax payer get the best return. They are very professional and knowledgeable in what they do. I highly recommend doing your taxes with Rose - she'll take great care of you and your tax needs.

  I've been doing my taxes here for many years now, me and my love it here because we know we are in good hands. Jim is the best and every year he already knows what to do. I would recommend this location to anyone that wants their taxes done right..

  HORRIFIC experience they charged me $100 and I didn’t even process my taxes through them and they didn’t even help me or give advice how to help with taxes which they’re supposed too! We sat there with Jim being quite for 20 min on his computer then telling me we ow then charging us $100 for looking at his face for 20 minutes. Very unprofessional and when I called to get an answer on why the charge he kept hanging up on my face!! If they don’t cancel the card I’m taking legal actions this place is a fraud!

  They did not solve my Need and they charged me $ 70.00 dollars just for one application of a sheet and it did NOT solve anything for what I was and IF it is very true they are not anything profecionales so rud and what they grab is just to take the money very easy, I I claim my money back. ;(
