      Went in to file taxes (past years I did myself), after inputting my w-2's I was told I would get back 1700. Asked how much they charge and was told 200. Decided to efile myself and got back 4400. I asked for all my documents to be shredded since I was no longer going to use their service and was told I was being a jerk. I will never use liberty tax service for the rest of my life!

      Low level service from the moment we walked into the door, asked for information and if we could get started at that time. She basically sent us out with a business card as I was translating everything over to my mother. Don’t advertise walk-ins are welcome if you have two people working in office during tax season lol

      Only interested in starting your process for the money then put on the back burner. Calling or going in to get information on your taxes is a joke. I Was told I owed $7000.00 but when I got the paper work back it was $11000.00
