  We had a pretty unconventional home purchasing situation so there was a learning curve there. We had some unexpected hiccups in the process but Terri and her team were clear about what was needed to finalize everything.   Communication between Terri and her team was amazing! Quick and responsive with intelligent and we'll prepared answers to our many questions. My wife and I purchased our first home and couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish we were informed of the process and at the same time not smothered with overwhelming emails or calls.   I had a few obstacles which lead me to believe I wouldn't be able to refinance and Terri was still able to get me to refinance. Terri was patient, very knowledgeable, and worked with me through the whole process explaining and sending emails on what to expect next. My loan was finally funded it was a pleasure working with her, and I will send everyone I know her way.
