  Forgot to add the stars to my review and don't see it posted so this time I've added the stars and will say again that I've had my taxes prepared at Liberty Ludlow for 4/5 years and haven't found anything to complain about yet. Up until this year Diane has prepared my taxes and has been friendly and welcoming and this year although I don't have her name right now was also friendly, easy to talk to, and got my taxes done fast. Even the I.R.S. was fast this year. Took only one week for both State and federal to be direct deposited to my account so I've been pretty satisfied with their service every year and unless someday I decide to do it myself Liberty tax Ludlow is where I will be having my taxes prepared in future.

  Diane always does a phenomenal job every year I’ve been at her establishment. Great advice and willing to really explain how things work in the tax world in a personal sense. I definitely recommend her Location in Ludlow.

  I will not go to a different place I been see Diane in pass 6 years I believe, she is all time there for what ever we need, she's always does a great job, we are all time welcome with a big smiling,and good sense of humor, I recommend her 100% .   The service was outstanding! They were very helpful where as other services were not. It was easy, fast & all in all amazing service. I would recommend to anyone to come here for their taxes and I will be coming back!

  Diana was great I went to my appointment thinking I was going have to pay a bunch out to federal but when she was done I was getting money back thank you so much for all you have done it was a true blessing thank you
