Terrible! I have been on the phone to reset my online account password last 55 min and transferred to eight different people. Nobody know what they are doing and they keep transferring from one person to another. What kind of service is this?

Occasionally used this branch for my business and recently had an issue at this location. An older teller who I don't recall seeing was incredibly rude and told me they couldn't make simple change for my employee ($20 to quarters) because of policy. Have since moved our accounts to Peoples United. Very happy to have never opened a business line with them.

Why do they have a drive up window, when they NEVER have a teller available? If you use the drive up, you wait, and wait and wait. Totally unacceptable. If they don't have the staff to cover the drive up, then close it down. I HATE this branch.
