  Well I've been going here since 2017 they really helped me to understand my taxes my refunds what I owe helping me get to the bottom and situation always available to help no matter what time of the year the sales rep we took care of me 2 years in a row she's awesome the whole staff is actually awesome even if one make a mistake they all work together to correct it I love this place I will never leave a text as long as I live in Albany I will refer everybody I know to them and I will always to come here they are even excellent with your kids if you in a position to where you have to come and you have your children with you no matter what age they make you feel comfortable to help you keep your kids in order and then get to the brass tax and they're very reasonable I love this place sincerely Rita Raymond

  The tax preparers are great, but they charged me more than I was getting on my tax return. Don’t plan on coming here again!

  Dear Rob Our fees have no relationship to our refunds. Given this result I'm willing to offer you a free return next year as an act of goodwill. If you wish to come back. Also, if you desire a higher refund I would suggest you review your W4 with your company and change the dependents to zero single for a better return at year end or increase your contribution to the company 401k if available to you.

  They was nice an made me feel comfortable an right at home especially after the 1 on lower had an attitude and made feel unwanted after a number of years.

  Mr. John Noisette was very kind, welcoming and professional! I was eager to learn more about the process and he was more than willing to educate me. The process was not arduous, as I had anticipated. He keeps the store very clean and offers coffee/tea for those who need it. I will definitely be back!

  they have this poor man outside in this cold weather with this snow falling hard spinning their sign out here on the corner. They could still let him work his hours but inside in the warmth. Then got this rude ratchet chick answering the phones. If they are running their business like this I wouldn't step foot in this office or their other location. The owner needs to do better!
