  Worst experience ever. Amber assisted me and my wife. She gathered the info, we spend 3 hours for her to tell us to go home that she will finish it that night. 2 days later same story. 3rd day I call and now someone called me and told me to pick up my stuff and take it somewhere else to another tax preparer. I guess since I don’t have blond hair and blue eyes they feel like they can just treat us like that. Beware of this branch they overbook and when they can’t handle then they just give you the run around.

  Staff is very friendly and helpful with lots of good information about the Do's and Don'ts' with taxes. I return every year to have my taxes done through them. They usually have same day or next day appointments.

  Ela Scheu and the office staff were amazing. She answered all our questions and was VERY patience when I had my kids there. First year going in person and if she’s still there next year, we’ll see her again.

  Had a very pleasant visit with Liberty Taxes in Yelm the people there are very nice very efficient and what they do I've been going there the past 3 years and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else I'm very pleased with their service and that will continue going there for the next 20 years hopefully
