  Therese was the Member Service Rep I worked with to refinance my car loan from Chase Auto - she was absolutely fantastic to work with! Very knowledgeable, professional and flexible given the impact Co-Vid 19 has had. I appreciate the timely assistance, and Therese's patience in answering my questions about the process.   ACU is a wonderful credit union. I love to go inside everyone is so kind and always happy to see you and they remember your name. It definitely has that small town feel. We have multiple accounts and a loan with ACU. I highly recommend them and would never bank anywhere else.

  Very friendly, helpful, and efficient tellers that make banking with this banch of ACU a pleasant experience. The branch manager has always greeted me kindly and made me feel welcome. I can't ask for more in a bank!

  Everyone that works here is very welcoming and friendly and I like the way their website works (it's easy to set up transactions and see statuses). I tried a couple other local banks and this one was the best, by far.

  UPDATE: Not only has my card been destroyed twice by having to pull it out of the ATM and costs money to replace it, I'm being charged $14 a month to have 2 accounts here! Third time the atm has not given my card back. THIS ATM IS WORTHLESS.

  Always good to me when I go in , even to count my change, help me deal with handling money to my benefit. Would recommend bank to others especially first accounts as they set down and take time to answer your questions.

  Rude teller - short, sharp, inattentive. $$$ for basic services. More like a bank in the Wells Fargo style than a credit union
