  My teenager was opening her first account and I was so pleased with the employees at this branch. Kelsey Wakefield was knowledgeable and made this process super easy and smooth. She walked through getting my kiddo set up online and made sure to let us know if we needed anything or had questions to her know. I appreciated the kindness and patience that Kelsey Wakefield has. I cannot express enough how amazing this experience was!!!

  I have never given ACU my business (and now I never will) but they somehow got my address and decided that the best way to bring me on as a customer was to send me spam mail. If you'd like to discourage wasteful practices such as this then please do not support the companies that use them.

  I love ACU DuPont. I had an account with them for my small business and after I sold I continue to bank with them personally. They know me by name and are always very nice and courteous. A few times when I had problems with something they were on top of it to help and get it fixed ASAP. I love the small and tight-knit homey feel of this branch. Highly recommend!

  A special request for account information dating back several years, both statements and copies of several checks, was handled within 24 hours and mailed overnight. Great service I have come to expect from the team at the DuPont WA branch. Thanks for another great job!

  I had a wonderful experience with ACU when I was acquiring a loan for a car. I worked with an agent named Miranda Moreno whom I highly recommend as a contact. She was absolutely wonderful! Gave me the best rates and worked through several issues so that I got the best deal on my car. Excellent customer service.

  Lidia Dockter helped us set up our account. She was extremely pleasant and helpful. She took care of us quickly, while answering all of our questions thoroughly and being personable. She was kind and friendly to our kids and even gave them pencils. All of the staff in the bank chipped in to help with set up, which made things run very smoothly. We know we made the right choice banking with ACU.

  I have been an ACU member since 2012. My accounts have included a business account, personal account, credit card and vehicle loans. Over the years, I have always been greeted with enthusiasm and a helpful attitude. Ms. Lydia and Zach have been available to answer any questions I've had. I am proud to say I'm a member of the DuPont Branch Americas Credit Union and often recommend their branch and staff to family and friends.

  Not overly thrilled with the way I was treated. Went to cash a check drawn on ACU. Quickly told I wasn't an account holder. Really? Check is from your credit union. Needless to say, I don't recommend ACU as a facility I would do business with on any type of transaction.

  The service provided by this branch is excellent every time. The staff is super professional, courteous and very helpful. The manager Lidia is Knowledgeable and helpful. Every time a reach out to her she finds the way to resolve my situation or to answer my questions. I am very grateful for her great service. The branch looks always professional exactly how a financial institution should look. I drive all the way from the south to conduct my banking at this location due to their service. Thanks DuPont.
