      bad service, they are under staffed and dont no the tax rules. They did my taxes then i looked into something that they missed. They were suppose to look into the matter for me and I was told they were too busy . But they were too busy to take my money. Not I have to pay for a qualified person to do my taxes now. The are cheaply priced but you get what you pay for. I do not recommend. Ps I want to give no stars

      Ive used Liberty Tax service 3 times. Never had a problem. One year, it involved a very complicated situation dealing with my Mom's estate and Ed's advice was sound. Reasonably price for services rendered.

      It took them over 4 months to complete my return. They never followed up and you always had to call 2-3 times to get them to call you back. We got a collection for a the state was never extended. They never fixed it. Dont go there.

      Did get much back and they changed me over 25%.and screwed upwhen my check should have been drink deposit instead it was mailed to them I will never use them ever again.
