  These are sweet people. I was caught off guard with all the fees of buying a car and they were kind to guide me through. They were transparent with everything. If this is your first car do more research than me so you know everything before you come in

  I honestly believe most of the 5 star reviews on this page are fraudulent. After speaking to 2 different staff members at this dealership on 3 different occasions I would absolutely never recommend anyone make a purchase from this “dealership”. They’re ridiculously unprofessional and I don’t trust a word that comes out of their mouths. Buyer beware!

  Friendly staff but for god sake do not buy a car here. The car prices might be low and seem reasonable but they will put a bunch of fees on your purchase to make it higher. Makes me sad because they do have good quality inventory it's just the fees on top of fees that scared me away.

  I put 5000 down on a car n the car was squealing so I took a chance because they said they would fix it after two trips taking the car to them n them putting in cheap aftermarket parts they fixed the sound... with the oem part. then the driver side wheel fell off while I was driving I spent my own money to fix that cause I don’t have time to wait a week for them to fix it... now I got into an accident in the vehicle.... while it’s getting fixed they towed the car n refused to give me my down payment stating they using it to fix the car... they’ll be hearing from my lawyer... whatever you do don’t buy from these guys just a rip off for a messed up vehicle

  5 stars really? I'd give them negative 1 if I could. I drove to New Jersey from Delaware after being told the day before that I could look at a Nissan Pathfinder and that it was in good condition. I arrived the next day at 10(when it is suppose to open) but staff didn't arrive until almost 10:30. After I finally spoke to Sal I was informed that the Nissan Pathfinder was not fit to drive. It had to get some repairs before selling it to anyone. So why have French (an employee) tell me it was for sell and in good condition? Why have it listed for sale? Why have me drive almost 2 hours for bs?! Then Sal tried to offer me a raggedy Nissan Quest gtfoh. I will never even think about doing business with them again. Complete waste of time.

  I had a great experience with the staff. Very welcoming and extremely helpful. Definitely recommend if you dislike getting the runaround from your everyday car dealership

  I shopped at 5 dealerships before purchasing my vehicle at Carr Automotive. The whole staff at this dealership have been the most professional and informative of all sales, financial, and service people I met with. Kudos to Carr automotive for their superior caliber employees.
