      I had them prepare my 2020 tax returns after I was laid off then. They messed up in the calculation of what I owe and caused me to owe the IRS an additional 5500 dollars. I've tried calling and emailing them multiple times but they are completely unresponsive. Stay far away if you want your returns prepared in a professional. It was absolutely the worst service I have ever received and would never do business with them again. Next time I'll go to a real accountant.
