  Thank heaven I have had some training in taxes, instead of helping us with deductions all the preparer wanted to disqualify schedule C . I goggled while she was telling me NO and found that deductions did qualify. They require extra paperwork that H&R block does not. If you had your taxes done here please have someone else check them. First we were told have to pay 1000, asked for a review now getting back 2000, that is a 3000 variance, preparer made error on schedule C - what other mistakes happened. Not going back!!

  Update: RUN TOWARDS A SERVICE THAT VALUES YOU! After this horrible expensive waste of my time I couldn't even get a return call from Karol the supposed owner who is below denying another mistreated customers review. I believe the other review as I had a similar experience. They are going to charge you $500 and won't even review last years as they promise. Even if you schedule a time to sit down with them, they rush you through if someone walks in with no appointment. They miss deductions and charge more than I've seen charged by any other similar service. I will update if the service ends up being worth the hassel but for now my suggestion is choose another place that maximizes your return and charges a fair price.

  Not good customer service .need more training . should be up front with all the fees they charged.

  The fees are outrageous the guy was very misleading he told me direct deposit was best way but charged a fee for going electronic

  Mcclendon was not a client in this office, therefore should not be making false comments about the service.
