  Jon Haidar was amazing to work with and I highly recommend him. I was looking to refinance my home and because my credit score was in the low 500's I had been turned down several times and had given up all hope until I met Jon. He said he had worked with clients like me and was sure he could help me, and he was right! I refinanced at a lower interest rate and got enough money out to pay off all of my bills! Thank you Jon!

  Our experience was positive and wonderful. Hoz is professional with the uttmost respect and understanding. We were very pleased with the results of our refinance , it was done within 32 days and got cash out with a lower monthly payment..we also thought no one would do what we want with the equity in our house. Over all, Hoz made this process as smooth as possible...we will definately call her in the future for all of our realty needs. In fact if you know Hoz, just put her in your phone contacts.   As a real estate professional and licensed Realtor I can definitely say Hoz and Jon are very professional and experienced in the lending industry. They helped me do a cash out refinance on some investment properties, and couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. They had the right appraised value in mind before the actual appraisal was performed, although it was hard to get an estimate since there are not that many comparable properties in my area. They also locked me in a great rate and very favorable loan terms. I would definitely recommend them and will also recommend my clients to use them for their home purchases or refinances.

  Hoz is the greatest, I was getting a quote from a lender that was not terrible but definitely not the best offer. After speaking with Hoz she showed me how much better I could do with her but also how to improve my score, and made it easy for me to understand my options. So knowledgeable, professional but also friendly, I'm so happy I got a chance to work with her and Liberty One Funding.

  I initially had some difficulties in getting my house refinanced. Liberty One got me through the whole process. My representative, Hoz Ahmadi was very patient and paid attention to the details.
