  I realized how much easier it truly is to go through a broker like Pam Dunn. I used to hassle directly with banks! Pam secured the BEST mortgage loan out there - she has a working relationship with dozens of lenders. She made my part extremely easy, always answered my calls and questions with patience. I truly felt her warmth and caring attitude. I will never go with anyone else. Because of Pam, my son was able to purchase his new home.

  My name is Judy and recently I made a call to Mulberry Street Mortgage. I needed assistance and information refinancing my home. The company is fabulous. Pam Dunn Fantastic!! Pam was polite, kind, very professional. I was extremely nervous, she walked me through the process and explained everything and answered all my questions. Pam explained the process and steps and put me at ease. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, just overall wonderful.   Pam was so easy to work with in helping my partner and I with the mortgage to buy our first home. She was a fierce advocate when we needed her and gave us advice that was in our best interests. She was so great that I referred my mom to her as she is also in the process of buying a home. So far, my mom has had an excellent experience with her also.

  I am a real estate broker and Pam Dunn from Mulberry Street Mortgage handled the loan for my client. She was AMAZING!!! We went through numerous loan issues and Pam dealt with them all and was able to solve every loan issue we encountered. And we closed on time in 21 days! If it wasn't for all her hard work I don't think we would have closed this sale. I would DEFINITELY recommend her. 5 stars for sure!!!

  Pam is amazing! I was trying to get my property refinanced and absolutely at the end of my rope, having worked with another company for 3 months and gotten nowhere when a friend gave me Pam's name. I cold called her and, even though she was on vacation, she returned my call within the hour. It was such a relief to work with Pam. She listens, is responsive, explains everything clearly and, most importantly in my case, was able to think outside the box in order to close my refi. I am very particular about how I want things done and who I work with and I will tell you, I next time I need a mortgage broker I will be on the phone to Pam!
