  I completed a form on their website and was called shortly after, which I expected for the most part. We spoke for about 25 minutes and I ultimately ended the call with a polite thank you but not interested. The reason being they were not competitive with the big lenders. Much higher fees and upfront costs, not what I expected. And after I wanted to end the call the salesman was rude telling me they are a #1 lender and I'll never find better than them. I did my research after and they are a small unknown lender and not #1 in anything. I strongly urge you to avoid All Reverse Mortgage, save yourself the trouble.

  Either this individual is using a different name now, did when he contacted us before or this contact never took place and this review is erroneous.  This borrower’s name does not appear in our system (which he states that he supplied); there is no call in our call metrics system under the name and no loan officer entered information for a borrower with this name which would be necessary to complete the quote this individual claims he received.  The information is vague and does not address rates, margins or fees which after the HUD changes are huge issues and therefore has no possible way to address or counter.  We can only conclude that this contact never took place and is a blatant attempt to damage company reputation with false claims.

  With attempting to make sense of the non-sensical, I attempted to write an ill-fated confusing question, of which somehow, someway it was deciphered correctly with a response provided in a straight forward, no nonsense way. Albeit the truth hurts, however, I feel that I would rather feel the burn now rather than waiting by turning the other cheek with a Pollyana type attitude. For that, I am grateful Mr. Auerswald in your honesty and integrity in following through with your time to leave no stone unturned... Again, many thanks!

  I looked into doing this with a lot of different places. I went with All Reverse because of Cliff. He answered every single question I had... even the ones I thought were dumb. He is the best and whoever wrote that comment down there is wrong! I also have to give a hats off to Jay .. he also helped in every way.. they got it done FAST! Thanks guys and if I could I would give them a 10 out of 10!

  I'll rate my experience with All Reverse Mortgage 5-star! Being in the mortgage business myself, I was impressed with how my Reverse Mortgage loan process went when I bought my home in 2011. (For full disclosure, although I do reverse mortgage loans, I can't do one on my own home. Thus I researched a firm who could help me.) Impressed enough that when I needed to refinance in August 2013, I called on All Reverse Mortgage once more. Very competitive rates, prompt to reply to my emails/phone calls, helpful and knowledgeable staff:: These are my observations/comments on All Reverse Mortgage.
