  Being a first time home buyer, the process from start to finish can be intimidating. Max and his team, Jordan and Lisa, were amazing from start to finish. Not only did they work hard to get us an amazing rate and loan, they were patient and kind and answered all our questions and concerns quickly, thoughtfully and thoroughly. They made us feel like we were their only clients. It has been our only home buying experience so admittedly I don’t have anything to compare to, but I can’t imagine it being any better thanks to their help.

  James and his team are so professional and helpful. They quickly reply to all questions or concerns and were able to ease all concerns we had about refinancing for the first time. They were able to help us remotely with a refinance, which is a blessing if you are busy. No need to meet in person & closing attorney can come to you! (Just make sure to furnish your own witness). Would recommend highly.

  Being a first time home buyer, I was very new to this process. Max was just another name recommended to us but he immediately stood out. From the very beginning, Max and his team were extremely responsive to our needs and concerns about the process. They made us feel comfortable even if we asked repeated questions about the smallest of details. We ran into a couple of issues along the way, but Max and his team went above and beyond to make sure we were able to resolve the issues and stay on schedule. On top of the great service, they were also able to offer us very competitive rates for our situation.

  I recently moved from FL to Dunwoody, GA. I was recommended to work with Max from my real estate agent. Max and his team (specially Jordan) were exceptional! They made the ENTIRE process of buying a home and getting a mortgage super easy for me. They communicated well through out the entire process and with my personality, that's not an easy thing to do.   Max and Liberty Home Mortgages has helped us with 2 home purchases and a refinance over the past few years. He has had better rates and fees than major banks and other brokers, and he and his team have been so responsive to all of my questions.   Being a small business owner trying to refinance your home in the middle of a pandemic is not easy. What the banks put small business owners through is ridiculous. I am typically easy to work with but what should have been an easy process became very difficult, but James was an effective mediator between us and the banks. I expressed my frustration several times and James took it like a champ. 😊 He is understanding and kind in his responses and always diffused the situation. James is a very good communicator and kept us in the loop through the whole process. I was very thankful for the assistance he provided.
