  Customer service here is sadly lacking. The Branch Manager, Mr. Chaudry, should be trained in customer service. He acts defensive, rude and unhelpful. The assistant manager is also unwilling to assist customers. Be assured that as a Wealth Management customer you are treated as badly as everyone else. What's up with not allowing people to go to the teller to deposit checks? Everyone knows how to use an ATM, but if someone parks his car, comes into the bank to wait in line, it's not because they don't have something else to do...OR, because he wants to he hectored by the Branch Manager or the teller who feels that transaction is unworthy of their time. Customers have a reason to go to a teller. Stop harassing people who are looking for customer service. Avoid this Branch until they replace the management.

  I wish I can put -10 for this location I walked in at 2:30pm To get temporary debt card, the lady at the front desk told me there is 45min wait time I told her that ok ,, 50 mins later no one helped me out I went back to her to ask her what’s going on she said we helping whoever has an appointment, I told her but it supposed to be only 45 min , so she went to one of the banker and she came back to tell me that he almost finished and he will help me ,, but when he finished he helped someone else In general I have had the worst customer service in this location. Bank of America is the worst ever it’s the time to switch to another bank U guys have the worst customer service ever

  Had a meeting with My Real-estate Agent on Wed. Went to retrieve my deed, etc from my Safe Deposit Box. The branch is closed with a sign to make an appt, to gain access to my SDB. Did as the sign said. AS of this writing, not calls, no e-mail, etc.

  Asked for notary services, but the person isn’t available until the next 3 days. Then, wanted to deposit with the teller, but he didn’t seem happy about it. So, I decided to use the ATM in the bank instead, but it ate my money. Now, I have to file a claim and wait 10 business days. Hopefully, I get my money back!

  I was recently at Bank of America across from perimeter mall at 1235 PM on 10/01 and was accused of videotaping the bank. I was waiting on a friend to transfer money into my account for a mutual friend's birthday. The associate accused me based on assumption & threatened to call the police on me. I was texting & waiting for the money to show up in my account. I will not be using this branch anytime soon. If it weren't for my local branch, I would have closed my account due to my experience. Next time have concrete proof before accusing someone who has been with BoA for 12+ years.

  People at this location needs to be re-trained as far as customer service is concerned. They need to be taught basics of customer service is to say hello and smile and make customers feel welcomed. I sat with an agent Shakla babaeva to get some help. She didn't even had courtesy to say hello and kept on staring at her computer -in my mind I'm thinking. She doesn't justify the position she is in. and to add on it, once we were done, she didn't even appreciate us banking with Bank of America.. No thank u nothing..we just walked out the room feeling why did we come to this location. Even the manager, I felt didn't know how to smile.. I have a humble request to the corporate Bank of America::--to come and cross check how their staff is taking care of their customers..and to send them to customer service training asap.. I have been to lots of other locations at Bank of America.. This was the worst experience...!!!!

  My experience with this location and bank of america has been horrible to say the least. I sat in the office and wasted 30 mins of my day talking to a young lady behind a desk that had absolutely no idea what she is doing. Then I contacted the same branch back this morning to discuss an issue she never brought to my attention.I had a 15 minutes discussion with Johnathan who identified the lady I saw by name at my last visit. When I finished my phone conversation he asked. Who did you see when you were here. REALLY!! I was so furious because at that point I realized that he wasted my time because he did not listen to anything I had to say.

  I opened my business account at this bench months ago with this location and Andre was extremely helpful and quick. Months lawyer inhale some maintenance needed on the account and he had me in and out of the bank within 20 min. For business needs contact Andre.

  Appalling. Cause who doesn't like visiting bank locations with language barriers, slow service, and employees calling you a criminal because you aren't dressed in a Suit. When I spoke to the VP at the location he refused to "apologize for what his employees said or did offensively". You can't make this stuff up.

  I went to this location to cash a check today and was charged a $6.00 fee because I was not a BoA customer--- even though the check was written on a BoA account. No wonder BoA can report a third-quarter 2015 Net Income of $4.5 Billion. Want more business? Try some new relationship techniques.
