  Soern had a great attitude. He always responded quickly to me and to my client. He helped my client retrieve his Earnest Money from a terminated contract, where the seller put up a lot of resistance. So my client turned to Soern again for his second, successful contract.

  I just purchased a home and had to get a loan. I found Soern Osborne from Assurance Financial. Actually met him during the closing of me selling my condo. Never heard or saw of a loan officer showing up to a closing before. Sure glad he did, he made what would have normally been a very stressful process an extremely smooth process. Very professional, knowledgeable, always answered the phone, and followed up. Felt more like he was my long lost brother than a loan officer. Highly recommend you giving him a call.

  My experience with assurance financial was extremely easy and everyone was so nice and helpful. Especially my loan officer Soern Osborn, he goes above and beyond expectations, and goes out of his way to help you through the process. He is very knowledgeable and accomplished in his job.
