      I am very pleased with Liberty Bay Credit Union not only did they approve my auto loan I am also a member. There is no discriminating issues as I read in a a review, everyone there is professional, kind and make you feel like your part of a family.       Liberty Bay is phenomenal! Everyone who works there is a pleasure to deal with, and they offer informative educational programs (online and in person) that help people understand everything from credit scores to how to buy your first home. I learned more about how my credit score is determined in their one-hour class than I could have ever learned on my own. They also have online and mobile banking capabilities for almost everything you could do in person... super convenient!. I would highly recommend Liberty Bay to anyone; it's clear that they truly care about their members' financial well-being.

      Very bad bad experience with this credit union. I got approved for my loan and after sending all requirements documentation they refuse to open membership for no reason and denied my auto loan application. Do not go to this credit union they will make you waste your time completely. They have race discrimination against immigrants at least that's the way I felt with member representative and loan officers. Don't waste your time, trust me.

      They moved their only north shore branch to a building that doesn't have 24 hour ATM access for a deposit. I work 9-6 M-F and will never be able to make a deposit when needed. They close at 5 everyday of the week except Thursdays. So working ppl literally cannot do the few banking needs needed to be done in person. There was nothing in favor of the customer when they moved from Stoneham to Woburn. We were completely disregarded. You're about to lose two customers over this HUGE INCONVENIENCE..
