  Well! Where do I start? Yesterday, I went to the 2A Elm St branch in Woburn for money withdrawal. What I thought would be a simple transaction turned out to be a total disappointment. My car was almost on empty. Living about 1 hour and 1/2 away from Woburn, with no traffic that is, (Heavy ones can take you up to 2 hours 1/2) pumping gas ahead of time became imminent. Not having my ATM card with me but my driver's license, I anticipated no hurdle. Boy was I wrong. After handing my driver's license, I was asked for my social security number which I submitted. Insisting I handed a second form of ID, which I didn't have, would you believe that the tellers refused to hand me $20.00. I explained my dilemma; however it was to no avail. Frankly, No words can describe how I felt about the idea of being stranded on a highway. Now I understand that one must follow protocol. Nevertheless, it matters pertinent to customer service, rule can be bent in case of emergencies. Since it was almost 5:00 PM when I left the branch, reaching another branch before closing time was impossible due to heavy traffic. I had to go back to work, and ask someone to whom I am not accustomed to, to lend me $20.00 to make it home. Talk about embarrassment!!! I will never step foot in that branch even if my life depended on it

  I’ve had nothing but trouble with the tellers at this location. Love the bank but this branch needs to do better.

  Location is understaffed every time I go in for anything other than a teller transaction. Head over to the Pleasant St branch if you need fast service.
