  We have used Liberty Bank for over 60 years, starting with their bank on Damen Ave, then moved on to the Fullerton location, then the Foster branch and now the Milwaukee Avenue branch. I have never had an issue with service. All the employees are respectful and courteous.

  We got to the bank at 445pm. The staff all refused to serve us and walked around avoiding us until it was 458 and then told us the manager is busy dealing with an investigation. Walked around to the teller window and they are just walking around not doing anything. Horrible service, couldn’t even be honest and tell us at 445 that we can’t be served. I have pictures from 445 and 455 showing them just standing around in the teller area, one lady not doing anything just filling up her water bottle slowly. Zero customer service for this day and age where automation is becoming real and the only thing that separates people from robots is customer service. Going to another bank from now on.
