  Full Disclosure, I was not the client of Lendlink, I was the agent representing the Seller in a transaction where Lendlink was the lender for the buyer.. The experience I had working with one of their loan originators was the worst experience I've ever had working with a lender - there are 2 lenders in the other reviews that have gotten great reviews so, if you're looking to do business with Lendlink, you may want to reach out to one of them. The lender that the buyer used in a home buying situation I was involved in that works with Lendlink was not giving any of us updates; he didn't return calls, emails or texts to both real estate agents and to the title company representative. He said he'd call me back in 30 minutes and I'd be reaching back out to him hours later, he'd text you saying he'd call me in a sec, and still no call the next day! He did not let us know that the buyer had changed lenders, that there were issues in getting the loan approved and after several extensions on the closing date, the deal fell apart; the buyers forfeited their earnest money deposit and the seller had to look for another buyer. We were only looking for updates and honesty, but could not get a response or a definitive answer. His name is John Remington and I cannot and will not recommend him. By the way, I attempted to revive the deal on Monday of this week, last I spoke to John was Monday afternoon and he told me he was on the other line with the underwriter and he'd call me when he was done. It's Thursday now...still no call back. UPDATE: I wrote this is June 2021, It's a month later, July 30th and he called me! However it was after finding out about this review and feeling it is unwarranted. Again, Full Disclosure, I was the agent representing the Seller, I was not his client.
