Jourdyn Parks1I got approved for a home through LGI and am a veteran, so was going to use my own loan agency. Anyway, after hounding me and meeting me to collect the thousand dollars (I told him we had something to do and that I’d drop off the Money order later that evening or the next morning) Roger did everything in his power to make it happen in that moment. He went from nice guy. To overzealous car salesman in 0.2 seconds. He ended up meeting us at Rudy’s BBQ (my little brothers bday) to collect the money. Anyway, fast forward, I was told that I could t move forward with the process unless my soon to be ex husband signed some paperwork because Texas is a Shared property state and our divorce hadn’t been finalized which means he’d be on my mortgage too. Clearly I was t about to add that to our divorce paperwork so I said fine. (I assumed they mailed you your money back but after a few months of hearing and receiving nothing I called) I was put on hold and hung up on. Then several weeks later I guess Roger had forgotten he’d hung up on me, he called trying to see if he could get me into another house if the divorce had finalized. I declined but asked about my check. He says “Oh okay, no problem, Carries gone for the day but you can come in on Friday and we’ll take care of that for you.” I called on Monday before heading in and receive another excuse to come in Tuesday. Call on Tuesday and he says they’re all in NY and the office is closed. To try Thursday. At this point I’m beyond irked. I end up in the hospital Wednesday and am discharged Friday. I rest for the weekend and call today. Roger pretends he has no idea who I am, Claims we never had a conversation about me coming to get the check, and says there’s an entire process to receiving the check, I “can’t just come up there and get it.” Which is the complete opposite of what he’d been telling me for the past several weeks. He then says I can hash it out with Carrie, gives me her number and hangs up. I would NEVER recommend them to a single soul! Not even an enemy. The work ethic is questionable they spend more time concocting lies and hoping you leave them alone than actually helping. The integrity, quality of care, quality of builders, customer service is all down right despicable. I’m definitely gonna submit them to the VA to be put on the blacklist for soldiers and vets to avoid.

Peyton Easter1Micheal Santos took our money KNOWING we had little money, no family, no furniture, nothing. He took our money. There is a special place in hell for people like you.
Response from the ownerHi Peyton, we are concerned by your review and accusations. When you sign a contract you put down earnest money that is nonrefundable unless something falls through with financing. We understand that you are frustrated by the situation. If you have questions about the earnest money and would like to discuss this further, please feel free to contact our team.

Rheannen Wurzbach4Be aware they do run your credit if you fill out their form. Also unless you have a credit score of at least 620, you'll need a cosigner and will not be allowed to look inside a single home on their property (but are welcome to drive yourself around their subdivision and glance at the homes you may be able to get) without first being able to qualify for one of their homes. They have prices listed on their website for some in their subdivision and other prices on homes therewithin you have to call for. Reason being is they don't want to get your hopes up by showing you a house that you may or may not qualify for. Once you've been approved to move in some of the houses are move in ready while others can take up to 60-days to be available for you to move in depending on their inventory (so I've been told by Rodger). Also if you drive through the community you'll see that some houses in the neighborhood are for rent or sale, privately or through a Realty company and (of course) would need to contact the numbers provided on the signs posted on the lawns to the houses being sold/rented. Some of the perks of living here is that they will have an Elementary (I believe) school opening sometime within the next year or two; have a nice little lake and nice place for you and the kids to beat the heat by running through water shooting up from the ground near the lake. To an outsider the subdivision is nice looking and seems quiet and the houses looks beautiful and well built. Beyond that I can not review more and will not give a bad review as I choose not to live within their community as of yet; but will update this review if I ever do move there.

J Zneas1They say they can help you but they just literally want to just pull your credit. I came in to speak to Brian and he wasn’t available. Brian didn’t even message me to let me know he wasn’t gonna be available or not. I got here they had me fill out an app and then pull me credit, the guy was too fast didn’t even offer to help me at all. All he said was you need to get credit cards, have them for a year and just pay them. Didn’t say any other options i had. Was in and out in 10 mins. Took the whole day off for nothing. Not professional at all. Too stuck up

Kimberly Parker5Got my new home here and easiest time from start to finish. Grateful such beautiful homes and amenities. Just wish more active homeowner's association newsletter or meet&greet.

JC Saenz1The service is just very unprofessional. Didn’t expect to receive such service after speaking to one of the persons who works there through text. I got to the location at luckey ranch to meet with Brian Ducote and he was busy with someone else to get helped from another person to find out that i wasn’t gonna qualify. Basically they just wanted to run my credit. They didn’t explain to me much and i was in and out in 5 minutes. I think it was such a waste of time. Don’t recommend going through them.

Eric A1Quantity over quality describes this subdivision! Please if you purchase a home from them, get your own inspector. Sooooo many corners cut from fencing to plumbing.
Response from the ownerOur homes undergo several inspections and we take pride in our quality construction. However, you are always able to hire your own inspector if it makes you more comfortable.

Daniel Ibarra3First time homeowner. The area is nice and growing rapidly with a nice size park that features a lake, kids water park, soccer, basketball, and baseball fields. It also has a new elementary school that will be finish being built in the next months. We've had some minor construction issues such as a water pipe in the sink breaking due to craftsmanship and recently found a crack in the foundation of our home that will have to get fix.

Leslie4Although I have some issues with the Homeowners Association and what their purpose actually is, Luckey Ranch is a beautiful place to live. It's a great place for families, the park has just about everything you could want, it's surprisingly quiet given its size, and the tree lined drive at the entrance is one of my favorite features of this neighborhood.
