Summer Love1Do NOT bank here! This branch stole 450.00 from my account. Could have been inside job but they refuse to replace my money. I had proof of deposit receipt but money has not been put back into account 6 months later. Branch manager is useless will not respond to ANY emails or messages. They claim to be investigating but it doesn’t take 6 months when the ATM had issues the tellers were aware of it told me it would be replaced and took the deposit. Don’t take from hard working citizens we don’t have 450.00 to give away.

Leah Rollins1I have been with this bank for almost 4 years now and slowly since September of this year, all of my direct deposits are taking days upon days, even weeks to deposit in my account. Its amazing how it doesnt take that long for them to take your money out!!! And then charge you fees!!! If you call up there they put you on hold forever just to tell you theres nothing they can do and that the money will be there when they eventually deposit it. I WOULDN'T SUGGEST HAVING AN ACCOUNT HERE! BANK HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK BECAUSE THEY DONT CARE. I Will definitely be changing banks very soon!

Vanessa Williams5Austin Earwood is the ABSOLUTE SWEETEST employee there!!! He helps me just about every time I need to get something from the bank! I really enjoy hearing from him and being able to be apart of the bank because of his customer service!!! I wasn’t able to get qualified for something but with the right words he had me determined to try once more in a few months with a better understanding on how to get things done the right way!!!

Rachael Hammer1We had the pleasure (or lack there of) of dealing with Martha on an account of my parents (who are both deceased now). Not only was she incredibly slow (there for an hour and finally left before she was done) but it was clear she had no clue what she was doing and he customer service was lacking. When I finally asked what was taking so long, she got an attitude and accused me of coming in “angry”. First of all, I was fine until dealing with her incompetence, second of all if I did seem a little upset I think I would have the right to that given the situation. To top it all off she didnt once acknowledge the fact that I just lost both my parents 3 weeks ago with any mention if “im sorry for your loss”. Every other business we have dealt with has gone above and beyond and made the process as painless as possible, but not Martha! Martha is awful! Good luck if you bank with LGE!!

Allison Khan1I would not even it give one star! I deposited a check for $1200. My husband left home to help my sister-in-law because her husband had quintuple by pass surgery. I used the card to get a movie at redbox for $2.00. They charged me $30. I could have rented 15 movies! I took out $50 to buy groceries and they charged me $30. My son had a computer deposit of $50. I took it out for him, so they charged me $30 to take out money sitting there! So, in order to get out a total of $102, they made $90! The account is locked. My husband won't be back for two days. I explained it to the bank and they DO NOT CARE. Bank here at your own risk!
