  Alan Gilley is my service advisor and he is terrific...My wife and I thought we would miss Steve Witt, but Alan nicely filled in. We love Lexus of Lakeway...(my wife also has a Lexus) The staff are all so friendly and welcoming. We feel that they are committed to providing a great experience and look after our best interests.

  We had many choices of where to purchase tires for my car but we chose Lexus of Lakeway because of their impeccable attention to details and because of my Lexus service coordinator, Alan Gilley. I also know that if something is not quite right(which it never is!) Lexus will stand behind it! I will always choose Lexus of Lakeway to keep my car in excellent condition! It says a lot that with 170,584 miles on my car I continue to choose to have my car serviced at Lexus. Best ever.

  Lexus of Lakeway is far superior to the other two Lexus dealers I’ve used in the past. Great communication throughout the process and all the team members provide excellent customer service.

  Second visit for service. These two visits have been the two best experiences at a dealership service facility I have ever had. I’ve had many many visits to all varieties of dealership. Great job. Great facility. Their people are exceptional! Chase is a prime example. Keep up the good work!

  Had a strange issue with my radio. Very helpful- when they didn’t have the answer I expected they suggested we get in touch with Lexus corporate. Excellent job working with Lexus corporate to get my repair covered. They did a great job!

  I can highly recommend Chase Williams, A Service Representative at Lexas Lakeway!!! Chase got an appointment made for me and reserved me a Loaner Car, for my requested Day & time. Upon my arrival he took care of checking me in and seeing that all went well. I love the Lakeway Dealership, It is always very clean and everyone is extremely friendly.

  The car I wanted, if configured for order, would have required a four to five month delay. My product specialist, Melanie Welch, was recommended by my long-time service rep, Allen Gilley. Melanie, with the help of Courtney Decker, Inventory Specialist, found the exact car matching my configuration in Florida. I took delivery, yesterday, on my new hybrid. I should mention the efficiency with which Josh Powell, Financial Service Manager, navigated the closing process. It has been an amazing experience. Thankful. - Grateful for excellent service that has continued beyond the sale.

  Alan Gilley is the best damn thing to ever happen to the Lexus Brand! Glad to bring my vehicle over to Lakeway and bypass the incompetent Lexus at Austin location!!

  Alan Gilley is my service advisor. He arranged my service as requested, had a nice loaner awaiting me, told me exactly what everything would cost, and then called me back later to suggest a cheaper way of handling one of the service items than I had anticipated. My vehicle was washed and ready to go by 6 pm the same day. Great service!

  My car buying experience at Lexus of Lakeway with our salesman, Joe Laumann, was exemplary. It was a very pleasant, no pressure, and informative selection and buying process. The facility and grounds are spacious and impressive, you are given the freedom to explore the grounds and vehicles on your own, and the salespeople are beyond helpful in taking the time to explain features, technology, and the many options available. They will go above and beyond to ensure you find the perfect vehicle. I am a previous Lexus owner who had a good buying experience previously in Houston, but my experience at Lexus of Lakeway was outstanding. The quality, reliability, and comfort of Lexus products are exceptional!
