  First I’d like say upfront that CJ and Kayley were an absolute pleasure to work with, and we have already recommended them to friends. My wife and I were shopping around looking to do a refi when we came across CJ, Kayley and the team at Lendplicity. Not only were they able to get us the lowest rate, and by far the best deal, they did so while also making us feel like they cared about us during the process. That is something that can be hard to find these days, especially with the home loan market being as busy as it is. My wife had to handle the majority of the process as I am deployed right now, so to say we had a few questions would be an understatement. They were able to make time and adjust their schedules to answer both of our questions even with me being in a time zone half a day ahead of them. Seeing as this was our first time doing a refi, they made sure to break down and explain the whole process in a manner simple enough that we left feeling like we knew exactly what was going on, and where all of the money was allocated. The whole process from start to finish was stress free and went exactly as they said it would in the beginning. I’ll end the way I started because I can’t emphasize it enough. If you are in the market to do a refi, or any other type of home loan transaction, save yourself the time and give CJ and the Lendplicity team a call! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

  CJ and Kayley Faas were wonderful to work with. No pressure, thorough and great communication. I shopped and compared about 12 lenders, which included those on LendingTree and lender-friend. After doing my due diligence and got good offers, I luckily came across CJ and he gave me an offer way too good to turn away from, wished I met him in the beginning so I didn't wasted time prior to meeting CJ.   I went into this blindsided very unhappy I had a really deal with my previous mortgage company and also with a new potential refinancing company totally was missed lead lotta paperwork wasted and MY Time! for nothing received a flyer from Brad Glenn Outstanding customer service absolutely blew my mind everything he promised me in the refinancing over three weeks. Done did not mislead me give me false hope nothing outstanding delivered that! customer service earn my respect Brad Glenn and I think you for what you did for me! Outstanding
