  Appointment scheduled when I requested. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I was there an hour and 40 minutes for a regular 10,000 service which I think is mainly an oil change. Though the waiting area is comfortable, I think it took much longer than it should have.

Whether purchasing a new vehicle or taking yours in for service, there is no better place! I love that they give free loaner cars while your vehicle is being worked on -- even for a simple oil change. Bernard Remke has been my salesman for years, and has become a friend. Anytime something happens with my vehicle, which unfortunately has been a few wrecks, he is quick to answer all my questions and assist me in any way he can. He has even gone to the body shop to check on my vehicle and assure repairs are done correctly. I can't say enough great things about Bernard or Tom Williams Lexus!

  My service manager Ron Amerson has taken care of both of my RX 350’s. I always get great courteous ,professional and caring attention concerning my vehicle. I have peace of mind when I leave after service.

  My wife and I recently purchased a ES350 from Tom Williams Lexus and we are very satisfied with the whole experience. Our Sales Consultant Joe Zegarelli was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He went out of his way to accommodate us and help us make the right choice of cars to buy that would be best for us.   Had no trouble getting the Reprogram recall taken care of. Charlotte Haynes was a great service advisor yo work with. 1-28-2019 I took my car back in to Lexus of B'ham and Charlotte ggelp ed me again. Had my 1st service. Everything was great and I was out of there in a little more than an hour.

  My experience at Lexus of Birmingham was nothing short of amazing. As a female and first time car buyer I was expecting this to be an intimidating process. Boy was I wrong! I've never felt so valued and important at any of the other dealerships I'd visited before coming to Lexus of Birmingham. My Sales Consultant Gary and Finance Manger Chris did an outstanding job at making sure this process went as smooth as it possibly could.   My car buying experience was seamless. While I was looking at the various cars in the inventory, my financing was complete when I returned to the showroom. I did not have to spend a great deal of time there. Staff was awesome.

  The 10K mile maintenance too about 1.5 hours. I waited on my car and brought work with me so I was productive. Everyone was friendly. It was pouring rain, so my advisor made sure my car was pulled I to the garage so I wouldn't get wet when I left.
