Bill Kelley5The staff were very friendly and helpful and made me feel welcome. I am glad I decided to use this branch. However one small complaint that is up to Regions corporate and not the branch staff- the space is very noisy , a lot of echoes from all the conversations going on, the place needs some sound absorbing wall hangings or some rugs or something. With everyone wearing a mask and the divider between you and the person helping you, it was hard for me to hear everything clearly.

Karen1I came through the drive through today and I put my deposit in tube and sent it and next to me a police officer who came after me put his in. She was obviously trying to flirt with him and took care of his first as I was still waiting. I also always put a note on my deposits to not staple my copies but she stapled them anyway. Maybe if she had not been flirting and paying attention to what she should have been doing then she could have done things right!!!

Rikesha Foster5Love Regions! This is my home branch and the one I frequent the most. Everyone here is very friendly and helpful. The customer service I receive here is top-notch. They even sent my little pup Roxie a treat out when they saw her in the backseat one day while we were in the drive-through. My mom has been banking with them for over 50+ years, back when they were named First Alabama Bank. They even call her to wish her a happy birthday every year. How cool is that?! I've had my account here since high school myself. Sometimes things happen in life, such as security breaches or someone stealing your wallet/debit cards/checkbook. Regions is usually very quick to fix those rare banking problems that arise on occasion. For that, I'll be a lifetime fan. I recently had my debit card compromised and Regions credited my account back within two days, which I was very pleased with. In summary, Regions has excellent customer service, especially this branch. If you budget your money, don't overdraft and report a problem when you first notice it, you shouldn't have any issues- here or at any bank.

Blake Richardson1Customer service went out the door when I opened it to walk in. Absolute trash, been with regions for 5 years, left my wallet at the house and needed to access my account had my account number, a picture of my ID and Debit Card!!! Counter lady didn’t even lift a finger and said no. I’ll gladly be swapping banks tomorrow

Emily Dallas5I never leave reviews, but I have GOT to brag on Briahna Bentley at this branch! She is so great about following up with her customers. She has reached out to me via email and by phone multiple times and ALWAYS responds quickly when I have a question about anything at all. She is truly amazing at what she does and has made my life tremendously easier by her financial wisdom and advice! Thank you, Briahna!

Brian W. Kittrell1Worst. Bank. Ever. ATM is down frequently; manager doesn't care because it is "not [her] responsibility." And there is only one ATM, at which there is seemingly always a long line. I have always had to wait much too long to see a teller -- either inside or out.

Levi St. George4Great service, but some of the employees there don't really know what they're doing. Deposited a check one time and they put the money in my employer's account. Occasionally the ATM is down for a whole weekend
