  Our experience with Lexington mortgage funding was the experience of a lifetime. Miss Cynthia worked with us for months getting our credit straightened out and our file ready to submit for our first home. She was diligent through every aspect of the process and was always there for us if we had a question about anything, she met with us late even on the weekend sometimes because of our crazy work schedules And showed her true professionalism and her morals with every step. She was just as excited on closing day as we were and this company is a good honest company that deserves more recognition and praise than they get.

  UWM came out with a couple of awesome rates and after contacting Cynthia at Lexington Mortgage Funding and also two competitor UWM brokers I decided to give my business to Cynthia at Lexington Mortgage Funding and I discovered the great customer service and a broker representative that really goes to work hard for you. I could not have asked for a better broker. Every email question I sent after hours was still answered promptly and also with a time crunch getting the re-finance ready for a fast closing she worked on my mortgage after hours as well to be able to help me keep a date I picked with the closing attorney. I will be recommending Lexington Mortgage Funding to anyone I can refer, thanks Cynthia.

  I loved the staff at Lexington!!!! They were so helpful and patient with my Mom as she purchased her home!!!. They explained everything in detail and helped me feel at ease with her being so far away. They made us feel like a family and I will be telling everyone to go see them for any mortgage needs

  My experience with Lexington Funding and Byron P. have far exceeded my expectations. Byron P. saved me a ton of money by educating me about my HERO loan and how it would never be paid off even though I had a pretty hefty payment. You never get a bill with all those dirty details because it is added to your property taxes. I have now paid that THIEF LOAN off, have a new loan and saving $$ over what I was paying before! Thank you Byron P. and the Lexington Funding team.
