  They gave me a call and I told them I was able figure it out by myself. The gentleman gave me an attitude and hung up on me before I could ask him 1 more question. I'm thankful I did not ask him after I've looked at everyone else's reviews.

  This company took around $800 in payments and they were unable to remove any late payment nor collection as told. They have a system generate the letters and they will never call you to update. I had the top package which os ovrr $100 for better response tean and it was all lies
