As a person who is constantly appalled by banks, it’s safe to say that One Nevada is the best choice!! I’ve had anoth credit union in the past that was fabulous, but since I moved to Vegas I needed a new account in my state. After long and extended research I decided upon One Nevada and it’s been amazing. The help from every branch is super amazing, but Donna specifically at the Tropicana branch is particularly amazing !! She helped me get my account back in order after my extended hospital stay and I just simply couldn’t be more thankful to her and this credit union!! Btw when you open your account you have 4 options for the cutest debit card, Chase who?!?! lol

      Response from the owner

Thank you for the fantastic review, Cierra. We are so glad to hear that Donna provided such excellent member service. Welcome to the One Nevada family. We appreciate your membership!

When there's no one waiting you still have to sign in at the kiosk and some time's the question you have to ask isn't on the list the last time I was there I went to leave because I didn't want to deal with the kiosk three people working one said sign in when I started to walk out another employee came up and asked if I needed help took less then a minute to answer my question , I understand if it's busy have people sign in take down their name so you can go talk to a person at their desk.

This branch needs to fix their ATM’s. Everytime you try to make a deposit the machine will just spit your money out back at you. Doesn’t matter what bill or amount, it’ll just spit it out at you. Came to this bank to improve my credit and it was conveniently close to my house. Now I just want to pay off my credit card and get as far away from this bank and their broken machines.

      Response from the owner

No shared branching so means I can't go inside to withdraw money plus atm charges 2.50. If they did shared branching then the atm wouldn't charge a fee. Guess this credit union don't care to participate in it & please don't blame covid.

      Response from the owner

Thank you for sharing your feedback, Jose. One Nevada is part of the Allpoint network which gives members access to over 45,000 ATMs fee-free. If your personal credit union is using Allpoint, you will also have access to these ATMs. Find the ATM closest to you here: http://www.allpointnetwork.com/locator.aspx.

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! I should have paid more attention to the reviews before I opened my account here. IT IS SOOOOO Inconvenient to have an account here. The ATMS are few and FAR between, different pin numbers for different things (dumb.. last thing I need is ONE MORE Pin to remember), CUSTOMER SERVICE sucks. So RUDE, so robotic, so "Unhelpful", no weekend hours... horrible. AND THEY WANT TO CHARGE ME $5 when you call customer service for your account status. Amazing! I CANNOT wait to close my account. BIG mistake opening up my account. I should have gone with my instinct when I walked into the trashy location on E. Tropicana. The parking lot is GHETTO, the office is dirty... it's just very stressful. I dream of a reg. bank. : (
