  Tracy Azemika made my first home buying experience much more pleasant than it would have been without her. She always went the extra mile to make everything as simple and stress free for me as possible while making sure that I was fully informed of everything that I needed to know. I have told her this a few times in person and I’ll say it again now, Tracy you were the best part of my home buying experience and I will be forever grateful to you!

  Tracy was the absolute best to work with!! We couldn’t have asked for anything else! She worked so hard and stuck with us for almost 2 years until we finally got an offer accepted in this crazy market! We were able to contact Tracy with any questions we had throughout the entire process, she worked hand in hand with our realtor to get anything needed when writing offers any day of the week. My husband used a VA loan and she helped us figure out how to get specific paperwork needed through the military that we did not know how to get. Tracy even came to our signing in person in San Luis Obispo, she was amazing and feels like family now!

  I was really scared going into this crazy market and didn’t know if I could do this. Thankfully, I had Tracy Azemika and her team at The Mortgage House to help me through this process. She knew how to navigate and guide me through each step, she was very informative, she was prompt, organized, and on top of it all she helped me feel at ease with her genuine care.   Tracy went above and beyond our expectations. This was our first time buying a home and I had about a million questions for her. She was so kind and patient with us, and made the entire process a lot less stressful. As an expecting mother, moving from another state my head was already convoluted with a multitude of tasks that needed to be handled.   I’ve worked with Nechole Williams on multiple occasions, on a purchase and a refinance. I don’t waste my time calling any lenders or shopping around.   We were very happy with the service we received from Necole Williams. She was very accurate, always available and quick to respond, extremely knowledgeable, reliable, and made the home buying process a breeze. We have used Necole to purchase 2 homes over the years.
