  Saturday morning they may be slow with service but the employee are very helpful and made me feel very comfortable and want to go back to this bank

  I know covid has slowed everybody down but i have been sitting in line in the drive threw for 30 min now and Still have 2 vehicles in front of me. It is a wensday at 1:00pm. There is no reson why it should take so long when the loby is closed to customers. Other than this the employees are so nice here tho. Manager please improve this. Thank you!

  My daughter decided to open her first account here since her mom banks here and started having trouble from the start, several of the machines are always broken, change counter card making machine. Having to deal with computer screens instead of real people can be a little intimidating especially for first time customers. Then to top it off her mom started having problems her account was compromised and when the tellers finally got someone to fix it they used some of the same information from the compromised account and it was less than 2 weeks later her account was compromised again, finally they got someone who knew what they were doing to fix it and then to top it off she needed to get a new card with a chip they said it wouldn't take to long for it to arrive. After being told different excuses several times we found out that the company that made the cards had their machine break down and they had no backup plan or alternative so it eventually took over 6 months to get her card. Needless to say my daughter has opened an account at my bank KSFCU and so has her mother. She was very disappointed because her family had been long time clients of AltaOne, several generations. This has been our experience with the bank so its up to you to make your educated choices. The 2 stars are for the live people that help you face to face are amazing people.

  I'm very pleased with all the ones services. I like the way they treat customers I think they are an Innovative way to bank. I've had a number of Alta One accounts. And have never had difficulty with them. They are convenient and usually have Quick Service.

  You send me debit cards and i call and try to activate and there's a system error. Then I try enrolling into online banking and again a system error. I regret switching banks. Your system is incredibly slow, resetting a password can take up to an hour. I've been sitting here for 15 minutes staring at the password reset screen just loading. If youre looking for an up to date bank id go elsewhere.

  Worst Bank to work with Nissan the worst dealership didn’t tell us who we were going to be banked with when we got a car from them and these people called over the phone saying we were banked with them over charged because we just had a car loan with them couldn’t give much info because we needed to open a bank account with them at the end we didn’t have to and then luckily I traded in for a jeep these people were still charging me monthly for the old car and plus making it a big deal because I wanted my money back saying we have to go cancel the account with them because we have a bank account opened with them yet we never did and proof because they were charging me $20 Extra for sending statements that I only got a couple of times mailed to me.

  Place is always busy especially on Fridays would be nice if they would put on more Tellers so the lines are shorter

  Horrible service. The teller themselves are nice but trying to deal with the greeters is horrible and when you try and call customer serivce they are not helpful at all.

  This place is okay. But they dont ist all of their closures to holidays online so they close in the middle of the week and just put a tiny sign in their window but post nothing online so I waste time money etc going to their location. Service their is generally okay some times they are slow.

  The bank is cool the app not good Always error call #800 number. Going to Well's Fargo.
