  I was originally referred to Leroy through a trusted coworker who sung his praises—she told me that she had worked with him over a year ago to purchase her home and not only was he “the nicest person ever,” but she had just reached out to him a week prior to ask him a question about her loan--- more than a year after buying her house! This is the type of relationship I wanted to build with my lender and all the hype turned out to be true! Working with Leroy and his team was a breeze—from the technology to turning in documents to receiving updates. He was highly communicative at every step of the way. We spent an hour or so going over the process and the current real estate market and he patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions. He had his own app that was really helpful in figuring out what I could afford when looking at prospective properties in real-time. He worked well with my real estate agent, despite them never having worked together in the past. And finally, when it came to the actual home-buying process he went above and beyond to communicate with the seller’s real estate team, to sell me as a buyer, and ensure that all ducks were in a row for a fast and clean closing process, which I’m sure played a major role in my offer being accepted. This is exactly what you want in a crazy market like the Bay Area! Oh yeah, and he locked me in on a great rate on my loan! And he was really mindful of my crazy, unconventional work schedule! In case you can’t tell, I can’t say enough good things about Leroy and can’t wait to enthusiastically recommend him to everyone I know looking to purchase a home!

  Have to start by Thanking Leroy and his whole team! We are starting our family and wanted more space for our 2-year-old son. We had tried other lenders prior to Leroy and were highly discouraged by the communication and the terms. Leroy was highly recommended by a friend of the family, and we decided to give them a try, I’m glad we did. Leroy Enjoys what he does always had a friendly approach cared that you understood the information provided and constantly was open to any questions we might have. Other members of the team we spoke with were Misti and Christian who were very nice and pleasant to work with. In our home-buying process Leroy and our agent went above and beyond to communicate with the seller’s real estate team to vouch for us as buyers. Very knowledgeable team that knows what they are doing they were able to lead us through the hole process and advise us when we needed help in making decisions. Despite our crazy schedule Leroy and his team were very flexible to work with us via email and txt to continue our process. Everything that required a signature was communicated through a security portal this was convenient for us. Our agent Leo had great communication with them and was our guardian angel in this process he truly excelled in helping our family. All in all, you will not regret working with a team like this when it comes to purchasing a home they will look out for your best interest and build a relationship of trust in the process.   Leroy & his team are simply exceptional! After many headaches dealing with a credit union for a refi on our VA loan, Leroy swooped in and made the whole process quick and painless! His team is nothing short of amazing - so quick to respond and answer any questions! I am so happy to have a go-to mortgage guy! Highly highly recommend!!

  So while on facebook I saw an ad for a lender, normally I would never click on it but I had been trying to buy a house for a year in vegas and I was desperate. I was put in contact with Leroy not long after, he called me right away and walked me through the whole house buying experience which is cool but this was my 3rd house I was buying so I knew the drill. Leroy explained why he was different and how he could close on a loan in less than 20 days.....ok he had my attention...can't compete with these cash offers but now you are saying I HAVE A CHANCE. He said most of his clients close on a house within 30 days of working with him and I was skeptical but game for the challenge. Well 30 days later and I had a home. Leroy is CHAMP he calls your realtor, he calls their realtor and he is like your financial cheerleader selling and singing your praises. He is so great my realtor and him and teaming up to provide houses to all those out there struggling. Did I mention he is a TEXT away? Seriously, I have never had so much communication with a lender. I am impressed.

  I just purchased my very first home and Leroy was amazing throughout the whole process. It truly felt like a friend was guiding me along the whole time. I didn’t even think purchasing a home at the time was possible, but Leroy was very approachable and talked to me about my finances and told me I very much could afford a home! Step by step he’s walk me through everything and answered any question I might have. He and his team worked efficiently and in just a little over a month of house shopping they were able to help me finance my house and get me my first keys! Even after closing Leroy has been super attentive and I’m confident he’ll looking out for my best interest for try the life of the loan. I definitely recommend Leroy especially if you’re a first time home buyer, he makes the home buying process a lot less scary and much more fun!

  Navigating the many facets of the refinance process requires specific knowledge, attention to detail and above all excellent communication and negotiation skills.   If I can give it 6 stars I would. This is the second time Leroy and his team are doing a loan. This time he called and said it was time to get rid of the PMI. We did that and he also gave me some guidance on raising my credit score. I would highly recommend giving Leroy a call.
