  Lennar Mortgage made the process of buying a home quick and easy. Anytime they needed documentation from me they called me, emailed me the link and submitted the information immediately with me on the phone. They also did an amazing job communicating a clear timeline of when each step was going to happen and how long it was going to take. Nolan Collier specifically was quick to respond to all my calls or text messages about any questions I had throughout the process. Also, the quote they provided me with months ago was almost spot on to what I actually paid at closing. I would highly recommend Lennar Mortgage to friends and family.

  The mortgage process was tough and long, BUT.. Heather Burns is a force to be reckoned with. This perfectly sweet stranger fought for me. She worked for me like I was family. She was a true friend in this process and that’s what I needed. I thank God daily for Heather and Lennar Mortgage for making my dream realized. Every phone call she assures me the facts of the process and comfort me when there is bad news. She is extremely knowledgeable and knows exactly what she is doing.   I saw a house and I fell in love with it, my dream house. I was a first home buyer so I had zero experience. I talked to many banks and mortgage companies and Eagle home was the only company could offer me 5% down for a jumbo loan. Others required at least 10%. So I applied with Eagle home. They made every step very smooth and easy by emailing me videos and instructions. One week to closing date we encountered an issue because of my visa documents. Tim Joslin, the Oregon division manager, came to help and he did an amazing job. That day, he was working until 9:00pm to get everything right and on time for me. Because of his work, I got even a better loan with a lower interest rate. Tim is a wonderful human being. He is the reason I have a home. I really appreciate what he did for me. In general I am so happy with Eagle home, they gave me the best loan I could possibly get.
