  Non stop calls, despite being repeatedly told to remove us from any list. The barrage of calls and disregard for future customers clearly demonstrates their inability to conduct business in any professional manner. Do not give them your business.

  Dan of LendSolid is, hands down, one of the best professionals I've ever worked with. He is thorough, responsive, knowledgeable, and consistent, which are all characteristics that are necessary when working with a mortgage lender. I've worked with him for years, and he was there every step of the way in buying/selling/refinancing our home. As first time home buyers, we were relieved knowing Dan had our best interest in mind. It can be scary when you are making one of the biggest investments and purchases of your life, but comforting when you have someone like Dan that never drops the ball. He even goes out of his way to send information, follow-up, check on you, and make recommendations for options that are in your best interest. I recommend him 100x over. Don't hesitate to go with Dan - he goes above and beyond, knows what he is doing, and is AWESOME!

  Dan is fantastic. He is knowledgeable, but moreover, patient and HONEST. There are no secrets, no hidden agendas and all the options are placed on the table. I have for the last nine years dealt with Dan, and in the future, it will only be Dan. I am old enough to be his Mom and he takes care of me as if I were his Mom.

  I can’t say enough about Dan and his team at LendSolid. We have financed and refinanced through them 5 times on multiple properties and cannot be happier with how smooth everything goes every time. It’s nice to have someone in your corner and Dan really is that person.
