  I’m a POA for an elderly lady with dementia at this location. I did all the necessary paperwork. They faxed it in and then lost it. I repeated the whole process. Didn’t matter because every time I come in I’m treated like a thief and made to wait while they call the main bank to “verify” me. We’re talking half hour long calls at least.

  Had an bad experience with on line rep with my account declining. I was forced to walk into the Wheaton location where Johnathan and Richard actively seek to assist me. Thank you guys so much. I was about to cancel my account with capital one . These Guys saved the day !!!! Awesome service !!!

  I was very happy with the customer service at the Wheaton branch when a worker named Jonathan was very kind and helpful to show me in detail how to go through the Capital One App and we were able to open my brand new secured credit card which I was very satisfied with.... Thanks...

  Jhonathan Helped me with my business account about a check that was already paid. I was about to pay my employee twice but jhonathan made sure to do his diligence and spoke with the right people thru the phone and now I feel more comfortable and safe.

  Today I went to Cap One to resolve a problem with a credit card charge Jhonathan helped me beyond the call of duty. He was absolutely terrific. I'm delighted that he's on your staff.

  Originally had issues with accounts and customer service, but the branch was very prompt and helpful at resolving my issues. The branch staff are very kind and are ready to help customers as well.

  When I went to the bank this afternoon I got service right away. The employee who worked with me was very good and listen to all I had to say. I needed to have him help me with many different things and he did an excellent job. I would recommend this branch to anyone.

  Hey everyone make sure your SS # is ready just for a simple transaction like the teller is requesting...I'm glad this is not my bank and ....my dad ..and my brother cancel there accounts with this branch ...SS# Just for only 20 singles..
